They read, from left to right: "United States Albania" (either referring to the Kosovo Albanian community's allies in the fight against Slobodan Milosevic and the Serbian nationalist government or to the aspiration for a united state for Albanians); "made in Kosova", using the spelling associated with a belief in Kosovan independence, with the signature, "Shizi" underneath; and "peace and love".
